First Memorable Musical Experience:

At age three, when I started learning the violin, I first had to learn to hold one correctly by using a "practice" violin, which was a Cream of Wheat box with a ruler taped to it. I was really excited when I finally got to graduate to a real violin!

Favorite Mozart Piece to Perform:

I have so many favorite Mozart pieces. But I would say in the symphonic repertoire it is the "Jupiter" Symphony. When we begin the opening of the first movement I am so thrilled because I have another opportunity to be in the middle of the music coming to life off the page. When we begin the last movement I feel exuberant just to be alive.
