BEETHOVEN: Sonata No.32 in C minor, Op.111

This all-Beethoven program features the fiery, witty pianist Jeremy Denk and the extraordinary Grammy-winning soprano Christine Brewer, and culminates in the composer’s playful, lighthearted Eighth Symphony.

“Hearing Mr. Denk’s bracing, effortlessly virtuosic and utterly joyous performance, one would never guess how phenomenally difficult the piano part is.”
The New York Times

“One of the best in the business…Ms. Brewer is the uncommon singer of her vocal type whose voice can slice through a thick orchestra while still sounding lustrous.”
The New York Times

Performances begin promptly at their scheduled time. There is no late seating.
